Thank you for your email. It is unlikely that Pro Composer code will be updated or the source code sold or released. Notation programs are much more advanced, and we believe our latest release of Composer's Mosaic strikes a balance between ease-of-use and flexibility. Mosaic directly opens Composer files, and there is a small upgrade path from Pro Composer to Mosaic.
